Please guys I am begging you NOT to order from this place. We had a HORRIBLE experience on Sunday at the Tempe location.

In my 30 years in the restaurant business I have never seen such blatant irresponsibly and lack of professionalism.

I placed an online order for birra ramen. By the time it got the three blocks to my house, ALL of the juice had spilled all over my seats. Turns out they placed one piece of tin foil on an OPEN container of soup.

After driving back, the rude little smart alec, Nelly at the front desk told me it was my fault, and refused to offer the 9 buck refund, much less an apology.

I asked for a manager, Ilan, whom was unavailable in person, and too cowardess to speak to me over the phone.

In the meantime, I had to walk the entire team how to appropriate prepare product for take out. You would think it was quantum physics trying to tell them the juice needed to be placed in a to-go container WITH A LID, THAT CLOSED TIGHTLY. Not a piece of 6"x 6" piece of tin foil around the rim only of an open container.

Jesus guys. This seriously makes me embarrassed to be a part of this industry. No apology, no accountability, no making it right.

Get it together.
