On 4/5 @ 4:43pm I ordered 3 boba drinks. I took them home to my family, one of the drinks I ordered was a spicy mango. Unfortunatly my daughter did not like the drink. After trying to call them to let them know and to exchange it, I drove back to JT Boba and the girls told me that they always answer the phone but sometimes they don't hear anything, I told them the phone was ringing and no one answered.
Alicia said she was in charge and said no we could not exchange it and I could not get my money back. Said it was their policy. I asked if i could see it and she said they don't have it posted in the store, I have to call J Wong. Alicia was rude and I let her know that is not how you treat customers. The other 2 drinks we ordered were really good! I was really looking forward to coming back but after this experience I don't think I will.
