LOVE THE FOOD!

My family and I decided to go out for dinner, but unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired. The service was quite slow, and to make matters worse, they brought me a dish I hadn't actually ordered. Despite my initial intention to give it a chance, the flavor didn't align with my preferences, prompting me to request its removal immediately. When settling the bill, I noticed that the unwanted dish had been added to my account, and the staff informed me that there was little they could do to rectify the situation.
