Young girl at the cashier is very rude, twice she got my order wrong, didn't find out until I got home, the place is always crowded, long wait time, recently the food has deteriorated but the price has gone up quite a bit

Ordered #12 to go and got back to office (downtown) to discovered there was no meat. Went all the way back to location and they didn't believe me. Who would lie about this. Very disappointed cause now I need to find a new Pho place

I had a long black hair in my noodles. Returned it and they gave me another bowl, still had a hair in it. Never offered to give me a discount. Finally a 3rd time checked and no hair, but was not able to enjoy my meal. Will never go back.
