My co-workers and I LOVE the lunch bag! We order lunch frequently, and sometimes just stop in for their delicous cookies when we need an afternoon treat. They also deliver which is awesome. The food is extremely fresh, and they are generous with their portions. I think the price is very reasonable as well. Sure beats Subway as far as I am concerned. My husband's office also orders from the Lunch Bag frequently. I am proud to help a great small business that serves quality products with a smile.

I want to let everyone know that this Lunch Bag This lunch place is located off Via Linda and 89th street and is NOT owned nor ran by the last owner as of this month Sept 2011.
The woman who bought it is Sandra Sinclair and she revamped the place which is NOT a hole in the wall any longer and the NEW menu is completely delicious! The staff is new and you will LOVE this place and Sandra's business ethics. She is a wonderful, clean and cordial and caring person who knows her stuff when it comes to food.

I often find myself in different areas of the valley doing business and running short on time to sit and be served at a restaurant for lunch. I was in the area and figured I would stop in to the quaint sandwich shop (The Lunch Bag or the LB as I call it) for lunch and was happy I did. Best, friendliest staff I have encountered in a while, it is a family owned environment, a mother and her daughter who offered customer service at its best, I felt like I was part of the family. The food was just as I expected, fresh, and taste just like my mother use to pack my lunch as a child. My mother was a sandwich expert might I add. The soup was delicious and I had to grab a cookie on my way out - best Peanut butter cookie I have had. The service was quick and friendly, the food was great and the place is quite cute in side with the happy lime green paint - what more could you ask for??? I'm a regular :)

I wet to the lunch bag for the first time and, as usual, was all smiles myself. Despite my attitude, the staff at The Lunch Bag was EXTREMELY rude.. The woman who took my order made it seem as though she really didn't want me to be there, and that by ordering food I was doing something ridiculous. I was so put-off I almost retracted my order, but I decided not to. Then, as I was waiting, just to confirm my feelings, a different member of the staff was very rude to another patron ordering after me, who was also perfectly nice, and was simply (and reasonably) just a bit confused about the specials. The staff member started yelling at her and pretty much implied that she was stupid. I was shocked. The food's mediocrity is DEFINITELY not worth giving them your business. I am a very understanding person, and rarely complain, but If they can't appreciate their patrons, then they should not be in business.
