Coming from the chilly northeast for my 3rd annual Scottsdale golf trip, I found myself amidst the buzz of the Greater Phoenix Open, where green fees soared past $300. Luckily, the range pass turned out to be a lifesaver, helping me pocket over $1,000 during the week. Despite the rain soaking the Phoenix Open, the grounds crew worked tirelessly to ensure the course bounced back quickly, with only a slight inconvenience of cart paths only for a few days. The discounted rate for a second round on the same day was a pleasant surprise, along with a fun and speedy round paired with a lively group. This course, with its well-kept greens, friendly staff, and picturesque views of Camelback Mountain, is a gem not to be missed for those seeking a challenging yet enjoyable golfing experience in Scottsdale.
