I initially gave a 1-star review due to a disappointing dish, but after the manager's prompt and professional response, I decided to update my review. Customer service matters, so I'm willing to give them another chance and order a different dish next time. The food at the newly named Kasa is excellent, but the music selection during my visit was not to my liking.
