My wife and I are long time customers of Oreganos. We used to share the Pablo Picasso salad at Oregano’s and then get a pizza to take home.
Over the years we experienced more and more grease on the pizza (lower quality cheese?) so we stopped ordering their pizzas.
The past several years we have ordered to go, after consuming the Pablo Picasso salad, either the Italian sausage sandwich or the Big Beef sandwich. Never a problem.
On our last visit several days ago, we brought home the Big Beef sandwich. When I opened the sandwich, the meat was a very dark brown. It was severely overcooked and and dry as a bone.
I was/am very disappointed. I had to throw the sandwich in the garbage as it was inedible. I don’t believe I will ever order a Big Beef again from Oregano’s.
I gave them 3 stars because the Pablo Picasso salad was as usual delicious. It is our favorite salad anywhere.
