I placed a large order on mothers day for pickup for my family. When I returned home quickly to make sure it was all still hot, I found out there were many missing items. I was assured the order was complete and didn't check at the restaurant due to this concern of not having hot seafood. When I called the manager said he would credit me the meal for the mistake. I was never credited 1 cent even after being told I'd be receiving a full refund in 7 to 10 business days. Not only did this place ruin my Mother's day, but they lied 3 times to me as their customer and have now stolen money for food that was never provided. I'd avoid this place at all costs. Even the food we actually did receive was sub par at best. Plenty of other seafood places to go where you can pay ridiculous prices and actually get good service abd good food. This joes is not worth your time. AVOID this NOID!
