We have been going to this restaurant for about 20 years. We even went to Big Heng the day after our wedding with our out of town guests. They all loved their meals and wished there was a BIG HENG where they were from. This last year of course, we have been doing take out. We are NEVER disappointed with our meals. Even my picky eaters love the food. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. If you are looking for AMAZING food at a GREAT price, you need to try BIG HENG!

Always get excellent service here. I love the food here. The lo mein and Mongolian Beef are my favorite dishes. Egg drop and hot n sour soups always hit the spot. Good egg rolls and cream cheese filled wontons too. I recommend this place to everyone I get the chance. Best place I've been to in the valley of the sun. Been coming here for nearly two decades. Oh and the prices are great. Don't let the location fool you. You'll love it.

I got a huge to go order yesterday and fed 8 people with it and it was absolutely delicious!!:)) Crab Angels and broccoli shrimp are great but I also loved the house fried rice. My husband was really impressed with the Mongolian beef. We will keep ordering from this restaurant

I have been eating here off and on for about 20 years. The only time I did not eat here was when they changed their cooks and they were not very good. After some complaints, those cooks were changed out or re-trained, not sure which but the food is back to being great again. I'm back to craving their food again. Their customer service very good. You do not have to wait for someone to show, there is always someone available to help.
