Was with a group for lunch. We all got our bills. One lady left a tip and the waiter came back with her bill and said Really? She left 15%. And waited for her to put more on the bill. Very rude! Maybe that's all she could afford. Another one wanted a virgin drink . He told her he couldn't that. Ridiculous! She does not drink. I personally would not have added more to the tip or I would have raised it maybe .25. Will not be back!

Corn Beef and Cabbage had no flavor, really tasteless - the whole meal.
Drinks too expensive.
New waiter should have had someone with him to help with large number at our table. Nice guy though.

Little Bite of Italy is the perfect venue for those who live close by and want to enjoy a good Italian meal. However, the managers (or owners) don't seem to respect that the people who are there to eat have other options. If you complain about waiting for a long time or for food that is not prepared properly, they simply apologize and walk away. They don't do anything to encourage you to return such as a free Coke while you are waiting, a couple to return, a free desert, etc. One one occasion when I was there with a party of 4, one of us didn't get the meal when the others did. He had to wait 35 minutes for his meal which came after we all finished eating. It spoiled our experience. When we notified the owner he apologized that the kitchen staff was busy and had a lot to do. Seems he could have offered our friend a free cup of soup or appetizer while he waited. Nothing. Our friend had his meal put in a 'to go' plate and we all left. Needless to say, when he is with us, he is not interested in going back to Little Bite of Italy.

Seems like the beer is always warm the food is averag service is service is OK I think they need new owners because it see because it seems they don't care at all they have an they have an attitude and walk and walk away :-(
