New Years Eve 2022. 4:30 reservations for 7. Rare Prime Rib served cooked to death, like eating straw. Missing sides, poor service. Tasteless food. This is not the norm for Central, can't imagine what knocked them off the rails. I will go back, but not on a holiday ever.
