Emiliano's Mexican Restaurant & Bar in Pittsburgh has a lively atmosphere and delicious TexMex dishes. The service was prompt, and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Parking in the nearby garage may be pricey, but finding street parking behind the restaurant is a cost-effective alternative.
