10/21/2012 - JR
Now with that being said, I need to take a moment to voice my extreme disappointment with the decision we made with having our wedding at The Boston Waterfront. First of all, they made promises they had no intention of keeping. The managment was rude to some of my guests and made accusations with no foundation. They did not so much as apologize for the dysfunction of their "facilities" and the
fact that half my guests may or may not have a UTI of kidney infection because they where unable to use the john for almost two hours, they actually had the nerve to get an attitude with my MOH when she simply asked how long until the bride (ME) could use the bathroom. REALLY???!!! I'm pretty sure the other group of people that by the way where supposed to be kept outside on the deck while I was having my formal dinner clogged your john. Thats what you get for being greedy and double booking. I hope the bill for the emergency plumber was worth it. I want everyone that reads this to be warned! The venue is beautiful but the service is horrible!! They are lucky that the rest of my vendors where so amazing because there lack of respect to me, my guest and my one and only WEDDING DAY was not enough to destroy mine or my husbands joy. I apologize a hundred times to any of my guests that may have been mistreated by these people.
