I have been a patron of Della Sala's for decades, ever since its establishment when I was a young adult. The pizza at Della Sala's is highly regarded and has remained a favorite over the years. I often opt to purchase the pizza half-baked, allowing me to finish baking it at home at my convenience.

Hands down, the BEST PIZZA EVER!!!!!! My family has enjoyed this pizza since before I was even born!!! Now my kids (3 kids all over 30) get it for their families

I have been going here since the late 60's. Unbelievably nothing has changed! Which is a great thing when it comes to the iconic pizza!

As a kid Della Sala's was on my paper route in the early 70's. I would take my tips that I got that day and buy 2 or 3 pieces everyday. Like the prior review says...it hasn't changed. I have mailed Della Sala's pizza all over the country to my family and friends. I always get it half baked and cook it at home. It taste exactly the same. 350 for 10 minutes and you got some hot pizza. I LOVE that cheese. I would pay nicely for that recipe lol. It's so unique and delicious and I can't get enough of it. Plain with extra cheese please!

This is always been an amazing Pittsburgh tradition to come home to and share with my family. Original taste in great history. Amazing service always.
You don't wanna skip trying out this place!

You gotta love it, It's Pittsburgh. Theee best pizza ! I've been and everyone I know has been enjoying it for 50 years. Same familly, same pizza. That should tell you something. Atmosphere is in the eye of the beholder, still the same and should stay that way. If you want take out, do this pizza.
