My favorite part of Allegheny County is discovering the unique spots that embody local flavor, and Lapko's fits that bill perfectly. It has such old-school charm with its original tin ceiling and vintage memorabilia, making it feel like a step back in time. Stopping in for affordable drinks before a concert, I was reminded of the genuine atmosphere of a classic Pittsburgh steel town dive, where enjoying a cold beer feels like a nod to the city's rich history.
