There are so many great things to say about this wonderful restaurant that it would take all day to mention them....but I'll try. Let's start with the fun atmosphere, refreshing dí©cor, the professional/engaging wait staff and dedicated owners. Very few people commit to running a business more than this husband and wife team. Their countless hours of hard work is evident by the lines of loyal people standing by the door. It's worth the wait!
The food-Southern style with something for everyone. Let's start with the complimentary Hush-puppies which are addicting served with a honey butter. AWESOME is the first word that comes to mind. The chalk board menu is a visual culinary delight. I've tried most of the dishes from the tasty Jambalaya to the Bacon Apple Collard greens, Fried chicken and waffles, Cajun steak Bites, Mac n' Cheese, wait...more Hush puppies please, oh..and add a Voodoo Beer too please.....Tim McCusker/owner and chef has opened 2 successful restaurants (FEAST316) just 1 block apart in Camas. Both are the hottest tickets in town. He is one the BEST chefs, his food is top notch and we are lucky to have someone in our community that is so dedicated to making Camas a better place. His culinary vison, dedication, creativity and cooking expertise in his fine restaurants help make Camas a destination "foodie" place and you would be missing out if you didn't try both restaurants.
