Took family from out of town to dinner this past Thursday@7:30p Customer service was terrible and unfriendly The bathroom was very nasty and I was so embarrassed in the middle of dinner they started emptying pots and food trays never bothering to fill them back up.we had nine family members which took our check well over $200 they added some kind of "convenience fee of $24...not to mention when we did get there half the trays were empty to begin with.

We had dinner there when they first opened. It was good but priced a bit higher than the other buffets in the area. Returned this Saturday ( 5-14-2002 ) They now charge extra if you don't clean your plate to their satisfaction, charge extra if you are there longer than two hours. The quantity and QUALITY is far below what is was when the first opened. I don't want to say that the fish was bad, but... my girl and I have been taking turns in the bathroom beginning two and one half hours after eating dinner. At $54.00 for two people there are many other locations that are less expensive and with better food. Serving hot tea in a paper cup really lowers the quality of the establishment.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE.
Sorry, on the way back to the bathroom, ... again.

2nd time I and my family had lunch at Kumi's. I like pho noodle soups. The rest of the foods are okay. My wife somehow had a stomachache after eating. Hope they keep foods fresh to avoid bellyache.
