Hidden Rivers Roaster is an amazing place. The coffee beans are roasted in house and are fair trade , clean and yummy. The baristas are so awesome 👏, super friendly and what I care the most, they are all very well trained in the art of espresso making....the right acidity , sweetness and bitterness on each shot. The milk is always steamed at the right temp and that matters ! Specially with alternative milks . The place is very cleaned including the bathrooms. They disinfect and sanitize constantly. The whole atmosphere is of a cleaned , friendly , healthy coffee shop .
