WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGE! Was at Offramp end of August 2020 for a beer with friends. They fraudulently deducted a larger amount from my credit card than I authorized. I have my copy of the receipt I signed (which I filled out for my records) along with the itemized receipt. You can even see on my take home receipt the imprint (carbon print) of me filling out the receipt I left for them. Clearly shows my tip, total, and signing. I left them a $5 tip but apparently they felt they deserved an additional $7. Over doubling the tip I had agreed to. A $12 tip was even beyond their 3 suggested tips by percentage shown at the bottom of the receipt. Since $12 looks nowhere near $5 I have a hard time giving them the benefit of doubt it may just be a clerical error. I called to speak to a manager when I discovered the charge and spoke to Tulsa, the PIC at that time. She asked for all my credit card charge info and said she would pass it on to who could handle that accounting issue. Haven't heard squat! There is no email to reach out to anyone as it doesn't appear they have an active website for this establishment. This is CREDIT CARD FRAUD...plain and simple! I can't be the only one they have done this to...BEWARE. Will NEVER go here again nor their other two sister properties Charlie's and Hooligan's! I'm a big proponent of supporting local but not an establishment that runs their business this way.
