Best place on Friday nights to get prime rib. I love prime rib and this place is the best I've ever had. Me and my friends will travel there a couple times a year to have it. I don't know about the other reviews but every time I've been there the owner is there and she is super nice and has made sure I've had a good experience.

Yeah a real downer. Slow almost no SERVICE. Don't ever go to a restaurant that requires payment before you even get the food let alone taste it. Your leverage disappears once you pay in advance. And their overall
attitudes suck..

My husband and went to Paola's last night. Staff fouled up on our order. OK mistakes happen. Waitress offered an appetizer while our order was prepared and cooked. OK. Appetizer never arrived. No more contact from any staff as we sat there for an hour waiting for our order. Finally we got up to leave. Went to the counter for a full refund. Negative attitude from staff; "what do you mean you never got your order?!" Finally got my full refund and we went elsewhere for dinner. Don't intend to ever go back there.
