My favorite Thai restaurant, Pon Thai, was a cozy spot that I discovered back in 2013. The owner, a sweet lady, used every inch of the compact unit cleverly, creating a cozy dining area and a small elevated patio. The pumpkin curry she made during the fall was something I truly miss.
