Went there to celebrate a friends birthday. Just arrived into town and am staying at the lake collins resort. I had their VIP gold rewards card which advertised 50% off a taster with the purchase of one pizza or other entrí©e at Mt. Hood Brewing Company. The server told me they did not honor that anymore. Upon further questioning, the manager came over. His name was Teddy. He was the rudest, most unpleasant person I have ever met in a restaurant establishment. I showed him the website clearly demonstrating their establishment honoring this discount. He acknowledged that they did in the past but recently no longer did. Most normal managers would just accommodate the promotion and honor it. He not only refused, but became very rude and refused to talk to us. Whoever his boss is above him (Who he refused to tell us, by the way) should strongly consider replacing him with one of the other servers in the restaurant who was friendly and showed good customer service, as there were several. Although the food was decent and the atmosphere was nice, I would never go back there because of this experience.
