Chilaquiles verdes have become my go-to breakfast; they deliver the perfect crunch, heat, and flavor, especially with a sunny-side egg that is just right. While my husband wasn't impressed with the menudo, and the ongoing issue with flies is a drawback, the overall experience is enjoyable, and I look forward to exploring more of the menu.
