As I made a quick stop on my way back from PDX, I indulged in my favorite go-to meal: tacos. While the asada fell short, the carnitas and adobada were exceptional, with generous portions that left me satisfied and eager to return for more. The messy yet flavorful experience, accompanied by the welcoming staff and delicious offerings, made it a memorable late-night meal that I highly recommend.
