We love Pastini! We recently went to dinner at the Bridgeport location, haven't been there in awhile. Whenever we want a good Italian meal at great value, that is where we head. We live on the East Side so the Division and Broadway locations are very convenient for us. We had a fantastic experience at Bridgeport, the wait was only half of what they quoted us and we had a very sweet and attentive server. We always try the wine of the month, it is the best deal and consistently very good. We had the Bistro Salad which is a mix of hearty greens, pancetta, hard boiled egg and the most wonderful Gorgonzola herb dressing. We have tried so many dishes, haven't ever been disappointed but had our tried and true favorites this time. I love the Linguine Misto Mare, the combination of succulent seafood with a garlic, lemon, herb sauce is delicious. My husband is a Spagetti Carbonara fan from way back and Pastini's rivals any he's had. The fact that Pastini is a local group serving locally source food is very appealing to us. The organic Pearl Bakery bread is served with each dish and the coffee is from Portland Roasting. Pastini has options for everyone including whole wheat pasta substituted in any dish, 11 different pastas for under $10. It is so nice to have an excellent meal at such a good value!
