I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant in SE Portland for its delicious food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. The portions are huge, so you'll definitely have leftovers to enjoy. The ambiance may be simple, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it.

The Hot & Sour soup and Vegetable Chow Mein were awesome! And enough for two people and two+ meals - the chow mein was heaping in a big container.

We order from here about 2x a month. Big battered eggrolls. Green bean chicken, kung pao and broccoli beef are our favorites. Always have enough for leftovers for lunch. Price and quality cant be beat. Get in for lunch prices, everything goes up at 3pm. Owners have done a wonderful togo business. We always seem to find something extra in our bag, wontons or mar far chicken.

Lady answering the phone when I called was very nice and inviting. Food was excellent and plentiful. Both my daughter and I highly recommend this place. Our pickup order was accurate and speedy. Our food was delicious and hot. Thank you!

We had take-out : Sweet and Sour Chicken, BBQ pork, Veggie Chow Mein "¦ all awesome (fresh and tasty). Nice portions.

I've been eating here for around 35 yrs. or longer ever since Forbidden City closed. The food is consistently fresh and excellent. The service is excellent also. The building has recently been remodeled and freshened as well. This family works hard to give a quality and yummy Chinese coisene.

This place is disgusting. Do not eat here. The fried rice looks like rice with tomato sauce in it. I can't even see any egg in the fired rice. The schezun chicken is the worst I have ever had. I order it at ever restaurant I go to and this is by far the worst. It has jalapeños in it. Who puts jalapeños in Chinese food? Do not ever go here and order anything. The reviews must be fake that I find of this place because the food is horrible.

The restaurant looks a little torn down but the services is great. Not exactly 5 start quality food but definitely filling. They serve big portions for cheap so you'll always get your money's worth. The services is great and their combo dishes are satisfying.

Awesome food! Made fresh and in 15 minutes or less. We love the egg drop soup, won ton soup, Kung Pow Chicken and the wokked noodles with chicken. Best if you order for take-out, restaurant isn't very cozy but the food is great!!!! We get weekly take out from this restaurant. Food is reasonably priced and they give generous portions.
