One afternoon, I had a craving for fried chicken and decided to look up nearby options on a whim. To my surprise, Fried on Gai popped up as a ghost restaurant operating out of Ruby Thai in South Portland. Intrigued by the concept, I ordered drumsticks and wings which turned out to be absolutely delicious with crispy coating and moist meat. The experience was hassle-free with easy pickup and I would definitely consider going back for more.
