The menu was creative, and the service was friendly and attentive. I loved the vibrant atmosphere and can't wait to return for more delicious dishes.

It is my worst dining experience ever ! What a shame... the kind of restaurant once you have talked to the " owner " John it will completely ruin your appetite! He is very Condescending to his customer. maybe because he think he is so call owner ?! or maybe just because he have very very low EQ. Everything out of his mouth is with unwelcome attitude and projecting his frustration on his customer. Treat customer at his Restaurant like he is doing everyone a favor instead of offering the customer a friendly experience. He is actually the kind of guy should not and doesn't have the ability to interact with customer. All around the guy with low quality service people skills and only Frustrating who ever talking to him . For crying out loud . For other business owners of this restaurant. Please have meeting with him . He is the first one who need have taught how to pick up customer phone call and how to interact with people . On the other hand , he refused to listen to our concerns nor Apologize for his poor attitude. And interrupting us while we explain to him why we don't enjoy his attitude. No surprise he was not willing to admit he offered poor service and instead he was in the alley arguing with us .
In contrast to that, we ended up at the Italian restaurant near by called Restauranti Massimo . We had staff welcoming greeting . Friendly conversation. Warm delicious food . Very accommodating with our (basic) needs .
Again , it is not just about the food ! It is the experience that one restaurant can offer from beginning to end . I hope one day JOHN will understand instead defending his own poor customer service skills . Not just talked about how many years he has owned this place...
it is also not about what you say . It is about how you say it . In the customer service the stupidest thing to do is take your own Frustration on your customer. And such a shame ! I wish I never step in to this restaurant! Because it is my absolutely worst dining experience and I feel embarrassed for the owner JOHN .
