Saturday January 28
Ordered 4 egg rolls.
Over cooked but were not even warm. They were room temperature.
Got they to heat them up in microwave.
Ordered # 2 dinner for one to split.
Ribs, rice (over cooked), chicken balls were room temperature. Almond diced chicken was warm. Nothing was hot.
Got them to heat them up in microwave.
The bill came. There was no discount for our inconvience.
I asked the girl about that. She went in the kitchen to inquire for us.
She came back out and informed us boss said no. It was hot when it left the kitchen. IT Was NOT!!
She looked so sad. If her face could tell a story the boss was not nice to her. I asked about it. She would not say anything.
I was not going to tip BUT it was not her fault the food wasn't even warm.
She got her tip and I felt so sad for her.
They will never get a cent from me again.
They don't own up to their mistakes and the wait staff have to hear from the clients.
Please be extremely nice to the wait staff. Even though the food is not up to par.

Great location. Hard to get a hold of them when I call. Place could use a makeover. Food is good though.
