First off the service was excellent. The waitress was very engaging and did her job professionally . My wife and my in-laws ordered a club sandwich ,one platter and one just the sandwich. Any other place has three slices of bread with the fillings cut and held together with toothpicks . Phinley's has an ordinary sandwich and charge an outrages price. My in-laws decided to split an order and any other place would be enough for them but not here . I ordered a steak sandwich and the steak was done to what I asked but had a very thick strip of fat on it and a pile of onions on top both of them had no flavor or taste to it. I understand in a steak sandwich you may not get the best cut of steak but no flavor is another thing. Like the steak was old or something to give it no taste. Never go back as this was the third chance we gave them to step up to the plate .

We live in Stratford and eat here often it is friendly family oriented dining,with good selection and service .....enjoy
