I no longer live in the summertime area, but visit when I can. They still have the best fishcake and one of the best chicken salad sandwiches that I have ever eaten.

I have been going to this establishment over the years pretty much on a weekly basis for various products. One of the things I always chose to buy is their chicken breast wrap. It has gone from a very affordable sandwich to an extremely expensive sandwich. I know the price of things have risen, but enough is enough. I picked up my very last wrap today. I will never go back again. It was not even enough to feed a small child and I paid nearly $12.00.

The acadian cooking is amazing. I have never had such delicious biscuits as yours accept for my Aunties. Your breads and gallet blanche were also great. The only thing I am missing is the recipe, as I live in Ottawa and I can't get down there every year. Keep up the fantastic work.

What has happened at Water St Bakery/deli????
We have driven from Cornwall to S'side for several years just for the pizza but the last 3 times has been a dismal representation of what the pizza used to be. Now the crust is almost non existent and tasteless, sauce amounts vary to almost nil at times and the toppings are scant. This establishment always had a stellar and well earned reputation for generous servings and consistent delicious taste. Not any more.
Also their lemon meringue pie used to be terrific, such delicious filling. Now the crust is tasteless, the filling has lost its rich lemon flavour and there is a mountain of dry tasteless meringue.
Please go back to the way it used to be.
