Went to River Falls for brunch, which was recommended by a waitress upon our last visit and listed as an option on their website. Went there with a party of 6 for my wife's birthday. Looked forward to the brunch , especially by my wife. Guess what? No brunch! WTF!! Get there for our 11:30 reservation and the lunch menu dropped"¦NO BRUNCH. Seriously! OK. The birthday girl was good with a lobster roll"¦OH, no lobster. What? I ask for a Harpoon IPA.. on the menu..sorry don't have any. My wife orders a sangria"¦ straw does not work..why? Crimped at the end. No paper towels in the bathroom. One of our guests orders a French dip"¦no auju until we pointed out that this is on the menu. Complete comedy of errors . Should have left , especially since there was not another soul in the place. Drink service was slow as a snail's pace. Our waitress was great and tried to make the best out of the situation, but, when you expect something promised and not delivered, especially on my wife's birthday, this was a complete bummer. She was looking forward to this all week. Wanted to enjoy the day with our family and this was not cool. Food was ok, and as expected as regular patrons. Nothing comped and no birthday anything. Thanks for not really caring about the situation. Won't be coming back anytime soon after this and the embarrassment in front of my family and my boys girlfriends. Really disappointed as regular customers. Where was the owner. Obviously could give a sh-t about how utterly disappointed we were. NOT HAPPY!!! Not to mention, with tip this cost $475.0
