I went to Jackie's on the waterfront in providence July 21 I had reservations to sit outside for two people when I got there they told me I couldn't sit outside because they had no umbrellas also they didn't tell me I had to pay for parking it was 1230 when I went there I ordered from the lunch specials and they charged me regular $20 more
