Tonight I went to Bandidos and I was totally disappointed in the service. I walked in w my son and wife like we usually do on Fridays and the place was steady. There were 1 table for 2 open but they out all their to go orders on it and it looked terrible pilng up causing a huge back up at the door. The hostess told us 30 minute wait which was confusing because there were tables set up for 6 and a table set up for 8. We asked, after 25 minutes and the door backing up with at least 10 people waiting for seating, if those tables were set for reservations. The hostess said no. I said why wouldn't u guys split them up and seat all.these people you obviously are seeing people walking out and your losing business. She said that's our set up. Another 10 min went by I.asked to speak w a manager. The hostess walked over to the man I know is the manager and told him, his words were tell him I.stepped out. What kind of manager is this. The Attelboro location is so much more professional and couteous. Anyway after I saw the manager say that the girl returned and I told her you should be ashamed of you r manager and the amount of money ur losing. People clapped for me and it made me feel a little better. I will never return to Bandidos again. They lost a 2 day a week customer and my entire family will never go back. I hope the owner sees this and at least has the decency to return a sorry complaint. Very upset. Wrecked my once a week family ritaul.
