Had Reservations for 4:30. Called to alert them that traffic would delay us about 5 mins. Upon arrival, Hostess Lily announced out loud in front of two other couples "because you were late, you will now have to wait until everyone else is seated, and you will have 10 minutes less for dining". I never felt so humiliated.
I have been here on numerous occasions and on this day, was bringing out-of-state guests.
Once seated, the entire experience was rushed. It felt like "hurry up, order cocktails, apps & food right now". So very disappointed and have never returned. Young hostess Lily needs to learn some proper customer service protocol.

Best restaurant experience in years, and I go out a lot. Great food, broad menu, fantastic staff. Magnificent relaxing, quaint decor. Will return as long as they are there. Just go.
