To the fantastic team at Atwood Grill, hats off to you all! Tonight, as I perched at the bar's edge, I witnessed a whirlwind of hard work and dedication from every single one of you. My family have been going many years. This past week went for dinner, ordered clams casino and requested an additional one which we wanted to pay. Waitress and manager informed us no way, never. The next day I spoke with general manager who informed me not our policy, no way, never, I'm not arguing with you and hung up. Poor customer service, disrespectful, and we will never return. That's my policy. Your loss

More like a bar than a restaurant. Some loud obnoxious guy at the bar every day drunk, yelling and making gas. Seems to interact with a lot of people including staff.

i have never been disappointed with the food but the service is TERRIBLE. The customer is not always right! Rude, forgetful, & unprofessional.

Heard so many good things was disappointed completely . Hamburgers on the lunch special were frozen patties I could have bought at BJs. They were so over cooked as to be in edible. Service was extremely slow and rude. They actually removed the condiments from the table without saying a word. I really needed that ketchup too.
