The staff here is fantastic, always friendly and eager to help. I enjoy the fresh breakfast sandwiches and delicious smoothies, especially the Summer Berry smoothie, which is perfect on a hot day. It's become my favorite spot for breakfast and lunch, and I love how they remember my name after just a couple of visits!

The franchise owner & son is wonderful but today when I walked in, there was a new girl who was just awful. She continued to talk as I was waiting for service, to a long time employee and then asked me "what are you having"?, took my order and continued to talk about their co-workers, who I know since I am a frequent visitor at this location. I thought they were both rude and totally unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering them by giving them my order. They never acknowledged me by a greeting hello or goodbye. I was extremely upset and I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere (and that won't be an inconvenience)! The franchanise owner's name is Robert, as well as his son and wife Tiffany...they are wonderful but as far as the new girl and the old time employee, their customer service skills needs some tweeking to say the least!
