This is one of my favorite "go-to" restaurants in RI. I like everything about it- the elegant decor, the professional (but friendly) waitstaff, and the delicious food. i really like rack of lamb (great crust on it !) the best- also there's a prix-fixed menu during the wk.,and shrimp & oysters for $1. ea. at the bar.

Very disappointed in the food, my halibut looked like a frozen pre-portioned piece of fish. was cold when served.. I sent it back to be re-heated, and it still came back cold!! .rack of lamb.. scrony tiny bones ..I've never seen a rack of lamb look like that!!

We were very disappointed in our first and in what will be our only visit to Mills. While the food was generally worthy of its pricy attachment, the overall experience was sorely disappointing.
While the evening was particularly humid, the lack of a properly operating air conditioning only added to the lack of comfort afforded by the facility.
Additionally, the total inattentiveness of the senior floor staff led me to believe that my business was not important. Even after dropped a bottle of water in my wife's lap, no manager appeared to offer concernn, althought the waiter graciously generously offered a comp on the spilled water ( his spill!) Can they spare it? Really!- so long Mills!
