During a recent road trip from Texas to Denver, I was thrilled to discover Max's after searching for local dining options. The food was outstanding, from the juicy cheeseburger to the perfectly cooked chicken fried steak, and the friendly service made the experience even more enjoyable, despite the busy atmosphere.
