While strolling down Saint-Joseph Street, my companion and I happened upon a small chalkboard sign recommending a hot dog spot before the FEQ Summer music festival. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious original sausages served in a sliced baguette, accompanied by a selection of microbrewery beers and tap kombucha. The friendly staff provided excellent suggestions and even shared tips on cooking sausages, making our experience reminiscent of a Brooklyn vibe with its quality offerings and welcoming atmosphere.
