Back in the late 1980s and early 1990s, I used to frequent this establishment when it was known as Cooper's Ale House, enjoying their 10 cent wing nights. Fast forward to today, and not much has changed besides the name - the decor remains unchanged from over 33 years ago, with some tables still bearing the old English font "C" emblem. Despite the passage of time, the Guinness pints, Moscow Mules, and delectable Yer Man Burger made with lamb and beef continue to impress with their flavors and quality.

WE USED TO GO HERE ALOT ESPECIALLY ON ST. PATRICK'S DAY. YEARS AGO WE SAW MAXWELL SILVER THE BAND PLAY HERE. THEY WERE OKAY. THE GUYS FROM THE BAND WERE REALLY NICE EXCEPT FOR THE SLEEZY/MONEY HUNGRY HEAVY-SET BASS GUITARIST. NEVER LIKED HIM OR THE FACT THE BAND USED THIS ONE GUY TO CARRY THEIR EQUIPMENT OUT AND NEVER PAID HIM..A DIME..NOT EVEN A BEER! SAW THIS AT SUNSET GRILL ALSO! KEPT MY DISTANCE FROM THE BASS GUITARIST (MY BOYFRIEND DISLIKED HIM). THEY HAD OTHER GOOD PERFORMERS HERE AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT BUT PARKING WAS DIFFICULT....TO BE HONEST WHEN THEY RAISED THEIR COVER CHARGE TO 10 DOLLARS..WE STOPPED FOLLOWING THEM...THEY WERE OKAY BUT NO WHERE WORTH 10 DOLLARS!. ESPECIALLY WITH THE FAAT UGLY FEMALE LEAD SINGER THEY ACQUIRED SHORTLY BEFORE THEY BROKE UP.
