I was bummed when my usual bread was sold out at the market, but then I discovered a popular NYC restaurant that serves amazing sourdough bread that's always on point. The crispy yet soft texture is just perfect, and I find myself reaching for more bread than their famous dishes. Even though I wish I lived closer to the bakery, maybe it's a good thing for my waistline. I'm a huge fan of Tom Cat's delicious bread!
