This place is way too poorly ran to charge what they charge. You're paying the same price as what you'd pay at a full service sit down restaurant yet you're getting sub par service. You order from a QR code and then a server brings your food out. I ordered onion rings with my meal and when my meal came she said there were no onion rings and gave me fries instead. Cool since I already paid the up charge for them. Also the fries were disgusting and mushy. Also maybe tell me ahead of time in case I wanted to change my order. We were there for about an hour and couldn't even get waters. They don't bring them out to you and when I asked the server for water she said she'd bring it out and she never did. $50 for 2 meals (no drinks) that were below average, should've just went to one of the "regular" restaurants.

Horrible staff, they will look you in the eye and ignore you and take the orders of other people even when you've been waiting for an hour. The food was okay for an airport. Prices are unreasonable

I sat down to order and the waiter didn't come to take my order for 20 minutes . I understand they are busy so I went to the lady in charge to let her know that I haven't seen my waiter. The reason I did this was because people came in after me sat down, ordered, ate and left. I placed my order and waited a half hour still no food so I had to leave due to my plane boarding.
