While staying in Queens Plaza, I discovered Quijote Tapas Bar, a fantastic little Latin dive in Astoria, Queens. The atmosphere is vibrant, with inexpensive drinks and friendly bartenders, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free half sandwich they offered, which was delicious. With great music and a welcoming vibe, it's a local favorite that definitely deserves a visit.
