Our favorite Chinese restaurant in Racine is Tony Chen's. The food is consistently delicious, with our top picks being the sweet and sour chicken, crispy beef, egg foo young, and spring rolls. While there have been some minor issues with missing items in our to-go orders, the overall experience of dining here has been satisfying. If you're in the area and craving flavorful Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price, Tony Chen's is a great choice to consider.
