I ordered a fish fry. I was so disappointed I waited 2hours after I called and complained
Then it was warm nothing to the fish it was like tissue thin
I live maybe 15 min from there
I will not order from there again
Manager give me 5 doll on my order and it was a large order and so be wise to this place I always ordered from there.

we have been loyal R& R customer for over 25 years and have always enjoyed there pizza better then others in area. But this last year seems to be a trying one for them .I'm not sure what is happening manager wise but there doesn't seem to be clear leadership here.
Staff is clearly frustrated by comments told to us and excuses' given. We were told by one they don't even get someone who stays on task of ordering that often falls on them .They are working with one cook and one driver on weekends and during games and this is not enough to meet customer demands., we always here how they are short staffed after problem occurs and this results in not being able to provide top quality food for their customers. I use to feel if there was a problem it was handled and customer was always put first. Not any more.. I have given them 5 chances thinking bad experience was a fluke but seems to be a bad pattern they are falling into.
First off they are not honest in telling you how long await time . they always say with in the hour and that has been anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 -3 hours. Be honest tell me your swamped ,there a two hour wait. Ill pick it up or order else where..(You know its await when you spend 20 minutes trying to get through and no one answers phone)but they assure you you'll have it within hour
The pizza guy always say sorry it took so long but I assure you its hot and its never is always Luke warm or on verge of cold alternating the taste of it.
Need more drivers on weekends and during packer games as well as two cooks verses one.
Once we waited 1 1/2 hours and I called to see status as we were going away. I was told just pulling out of oven and we have it within 15 min. I live two blocks from pizza place so figured ok. 40 min. later and luke warm it arrived whan I called to complain they offered to pick it up and make a new one HELL NO! Cover cost for your mistakes dont make promises cant keep. im very disappointed and guess we will have to start ordering from tin can or napolis or old settlers in future.

It's okay. The pizza isn't bad and the wings are actually pretty good.

The quality of the food has gone down. Must have changed cooks. Proportions have gotten smaller. Pizzas lost quality and taste. Was good at on time but has now gone downhill.

Bought a pizza last night for dinner, cause I didn't want to cook. Got it home and had to turn the oven and cook it, the dough was still gooy and its very thin to be gooy, for that I would of cooked a frozen pizza myself

Disappointed two nights in a row.usally a great place to eat.burned my shirmp tonight and mixed my order lastnight.think ill stay away for a couple weeks.damn shame.

The pizza's are very bland and super thin, not worth the price charged. All other food is absolutely delicious. I would recommend to all my friends to diffantly check out R&R. But do not order the pizza, you will be disappointed.
