i am a regular customer of Romas Pizza only because my wife says to order local, i am however a fan of Marios pizza in Mukwonago due to the pleasant staff and quality food they serve.Tonight my wife is now a fan herself due to the poor service and the disrespect she received when she called to enquire why our pizza delivery was 45 minutes late. We subsequently canceled our Romas pizza 2 order and are as a family united in our Love for Marios Pizza in Mukwonago.
Regards.

My husband and I dined in at Roma II 2 weeks ago and loved the pizza. Observed a lot of customers picking up orders and they all were served promptly and in friendly manner. Yesterday we called and ordered seceral pizzas to be delivered. Our order arrived 15 minutes sooner than expected on a busy Saturday evening. The pizza both times was delicious and both times we were made aware of special deals which we greatly appreciated. There are a lot of places in Waterford area to get pizza.....Roma's is the best.

Went in last night to pick up a pizza and the manager was very unfriendly. I said "hi" and she barked out "what's your name?" She then proceeded to ignore me for the next 30 seconds while she finished up some previous work. When that work was competed she disappeared around the corner without saying a word to me. I stood there wondering if I should take a seat (sometimes there's a 10 minute wait past the scheduled pick-up time) or whether I should just stand there at the counter and wait. After a minute of standing around with no communication I decided to sit down. I had been seated for maybe 10 seconds when she returned to the counter and said in a surly manner "here's your pizza".
Here's where it gets interesting..... She must have seen by my facial expression alone that I was troubled by her unfriendliness. I'm being completely candid when I state that I didn't actually say anything...I didn't sigh...I didn't moan...I didn't exhale loudly...I didn't make a noise...I didn't utter a word. She simply read my facial expression and she became verbally confrontational and aggressive with me. She asked me in a confrontational tone "what's the problem?" Now let me be clear, this wasn't the kind of tone that would be indicative of a concerned restaurant manager who was trying to determine why a customer was unhappy. No, this was the kind of tone that meant - what the heck is your problem buddy!??? Not wanting to get into an embarrassing quarrel in a public place I mumbled "nothing". She wouldn't let it go. She asked me again in a more stern and confrontational tone "what's the problem?" Again I mumbled "nothing". She pressed me again even more pointedly "what's the problem!???" I was starting to feel very uncomfortable (you know that kind of 'uncomfortable' where you want to avoid eye contact) so I cobbled together a sentence about how I didn't appreciate the fact that she left me standing there without telling me how long I was going to need to wait (I felt that if I told her I was turned off by her inhospitable attitude she might get even more confrontational). She then explained in an unapologetic and surly fashion that it wasn't her fault and that she had other customers. I don't remember exactly what she said because I was a little rattled by then and just wanted to get out of there.
I had absolutely no problem with the wait. I have patiently waited here on multiple occasions. Her unfriendly attitude was the genesis of the problem. Her negative attitude set the tone for the entire interaction. I've never had anyone in a customer service role get confrontational with me like that...especially over a facial expression??? I'm not a person who is accustomed to being treated this way whether it be in my personal, work, or public life.
The pizza is good but I'm never going back. I don't need a side order of unpleasantness with my pizza. Life's too short and I try to avoid negativity.

This is for Romas 2 on Cornerstone crossing.. I have consistently had horrible delivery service. One time I waited for 2 hours then I had to call. I have ordered delivery about 15 times. About 8 of those times I did not get my complete order. Once a 2 liter soda but mostly salads. They would always apologize but obviously did not take preventative future measures. This would continue time after time. One time a salad was brought back in a bag and placed on my sidewalk outside my door. I have asked for my info to be deleted from their system. I have not heard from management.

Food is good when they give you the correct order, but since that rarely happens we will never order again
