We have been going to Chen's Garden since it opened. As far as I am concerned, it is the best Chinese food restaurant in the area. The prices are moderate, and the food flavors are excellent. They will prepare the food in special ways if you ask (e.g., steam a normally stir-fried dish). They do occasionally make errors in take-out food orders, but we have only had this happen with the appetizers, not any main dishes. It also has only happened when they were very busy. It has happened to us 3 times in 18 or so years. Not bad, I'd say. I recommend them highly.

The food has great flavor, and you get lots of it! I know when I pickup from here, myself and my kids will get 2 great meals out of it.

Yesterday, my wife was overcharged by $100 on our meal. The owner caught the mistake but said that it was too late to reverse the charge and to "keep the receipt". When I called back with my bank and asked for the info necessary to reverse the charge (merchant # and name), the lady yelled at BOTH of us, "I'm not stupid! Goodbye!" and hung up. I've been going to this establishment since they opened some time in the '90s, but I will never go back. To be fair the food is good and cheap, but not enough to deal with this sort of headache.
