This family-run establishment has been serving Southern comfort food for over two decades, attracting a devoted clientele. The fried chicken is nothing short of extraordinary, and every bite of chicken pastry and butter beans takes me back to cherished Sunday dinners at Grandma's house.

My coworker told me about Joyce & Family Restaurant and how the food was like mom's home cooking. She was not wrong, the food was so delicious 🤤. I will go going back.
Mrs Joyce is a very sweet lady. Visit her restaurant for a delicious and inexpensive meal.

Miss Joyce we love your restaurant, but when you're not the we can tell. This Sunday around 4:30 we came, we were not greeted or shown a table. There were plenty of staff wondering around, but waited awhile for anyone to acknowledge us. There was two large groups there and the food was minimal. I got greens, cabbage, rice and beef and a small salad. The chicken finally arrived after 20 minute wait. No potatoes, gravy , the sweet potatoes were missing your special touch, alittle bland. Server never refilled our drinks it was like she was avoiding our area. The chocolate cake was the only upside of the meal but not a meal worthy of your reputation. Whom ever is managing the restaurant when your gone needs to step up their game. We will just make sure you are there before we come to eat. Bless you and your family.

We went to Joyce's a few weeks ago. The food and service were delicious!! My only problem was that they seem to put a limit on dessert. I was thinking buffet meant "unlimited" everything!! I am a sweets lover and the pineapple cake was by far the best I've ever eaten in my almost 48 years of life. I mean simply the best!!!

My husband (who is a chef) were looking for a place to find late on Sunday in Fuquay. Wow did we find a gem! The food at this place reminds me of going home to KY for a family reunion. The fried chicken was out of this world! We tried a little of ever thing and there wasn't one thing we put into our mouths that wasn't uummhmm good! We were greeted by the owner and was told to sit down and enjoy. Boy did we ever. Going back tonight and taking the out of town in laws just to see what they have on a weeknight. I can't wait to taste it all over again. What a diamond in the rough. Awesome....
